Official Rules

How it Works

  • All registered attendees holding an Education or Exhibits-Only badge who have also booked a room through an official DEMA Show hotel block will be automatically entered into the random drawing system. Registration and hotel booking do not need to occur at the same time. Friday-only registrants are not eligible.

  • Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their registration and must acknowledge acceptance of the prize within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture and prize will be re-entered into the pool.

  • With the winner's consent, DEMA Show may announce winners on its website, email communications, and social media channels.

Accepting Prizes

  • Winners will collect prizes onsite after checking in at DEMA Show. Certain prizes may be distributed digitally as needed.
  • To collect your prize onsite, bring your photo ID and DEMA Show badge to DEMA Central, unless otherwise coordinated with DEMA staff.
  • Prizes may not be exchanged for cash or other items.
  • If unable to attend DEMA Show, prizes may be re-entered into an onsite drawing.
