Shipping & Drop-Off Information
Products will be placed in the order in which they are physically received. To ensure optimal placement, we strongly encourage you to ship your product(s) to the advance shipment warehouse by October 22, 2026.
Shipping in Advance to Warehouse:
For items that will arrive October 5 – October 22, 2026, use the Product Showcase Advanced Shipping Label.
Shipping Direct to Show Site:
For items that will arrive October 31 – November 6, 2026, use the Product Showcase Direct Shipping Label.
Liability Exclusion
DEMA and Show Management are not liable to the exhibitor or its products for any loss or damage to property due to theft, fire, accident, or any other causes.

The Product Showcase is strategically placed throughout aisles on the DEMA Show Floor. Specific locations will be marked on the show floor/map in the months leading up to DEMA Show.
In addition to displaying your product, you may also provide a small flyer/poster (to be displayed behind the product) highlighting your company or product. This flyer/poster must be no larger than two 8.5" x 11" sheets or one 11" x 17".
Note: A small card with your company name, product name & description, and booth # will be provided.
Attendees can scan the QR code displayed with each Product Showcase entry to vote for their favorite. The product receiving the most votes will earn the 2026 Product Showcase Attendees’ Choice Award.
The winner will be announced Friday, November 6 at 1:00 PM at DEMA Central (Booth #100), right before the Treasure Hunt Prize Drawings.
You may still ship your products in advance. Be sure to contact us in advance to make arrangements before arriving on site. Once onsite, go to DEMA Central (Booth #100) and your product will be ready for you to to set it up.
Note: Products must be set up no later than Monday, November 2nd at 12 PM.
If you need to cancel your participation in the Product Showcase, contact Gretchen Wendorf at gwendorf@ntpevents.com. All cancellations must be submitted by August 3, 2026 to be eligible for a refund.
