About the Product Showcase

The Product Showcase is a low-cost, high-impact exposure designed to extend your reach far beyond your physical space and drive traffic to your booth.

Shipping & Drop-Off Information

Shipping Information

Products will be placed in the order in which they are physically received. To ensure optimal placement, we strongly encourage you to ship your product(s) to the advance shipment warehouse by October 22, 2026.

Shipping in Advance to Warehouse:

For items that will arrive October 5 – October 22, 2026, use the Product Showcase Advanced Shipping Label.

Shipping Direct to Show Site:

For items that will arrive October 31 – November 6, 2026, use the Product Showcase Direct Shipping Label.

Onsite Drop-Off

If you choose to bring your product(s) with you onsite, you must drop your product(s) off at DEMA Central (Booth #100) no later than noon on Monday, November 2, 2026.

Please note: Products will not be accepted outside the dates, times, and locations noted above.

Liability Exclusion

DEMA and Show Management are not liable to the exhibitor or its products for any loss or damage to property due to theft, fire, accident, or any other causes.

Product Showcase FAQs

The Product Showcase is strategically placed throughout aisles on the DEMA Show Floor. Specific locations will be marked on the show floor/map in the months leading up to DEMA Show.

Each  display case has multiple compartments that can be adjusted to fit and display products of various sizes. Cases are transparent to allow viewing from multiple vantage points.

In addition to displaying your product, you may also provide a small flyer/poster (to be displayed behind the product) highlighting your company or product. This flyer/poster must be no larger than two 8.5" x 11" sheets or one 11" x 17".

Note: A small card with your company name, product name & description, and booth # will be provided.

Each DEMA Show Exhibitor may submit a max total of four products into the Product Showcase.

The display cases can accommodate any product up to the size of an adult wetsuit. Additional advertising materials may be displayed with your product (limited to two 8.5" x 11" sheets or one 11" x 17" sheet).

You may still ship your products in advance. Be sure to contact us in advance to make arrangements before arriving on site. Once onsite, go to DEMA Central (Booth #100) and your product will be ready for you to to set it up.

Note: Products must be set up no later than Monday, November 2nd at 12 PM.

If you need to cancel your participation in the Product Showcase, contact Gretchen Wendorf at gwendorf@ntpevents.com. All cancellations must be submitted by August 3, 2026 to be eligible for a refund.
