Ensure your team is ready for a seamless show experience.

All participating exhibitors are required to register their booth staff in advance to gain access to the show floor during set-up and move-out hours. Early registration helps avoid delays and keeps everything running smoothly once you arrive on site.

You can easily add new registrations or make updates at any time through your exhibitor dashboard.

2026 Exhibitor Badge Allotments:

  • Non-members will receive 3 badges per 100 sq. ft.
  • Associate/Silver Members will receive 4 badges per 100 sq. ft.
  • Gold Members will receive 5 badges per 100 sq. ft.
  • Platinum Members will receive 6 badges per 100 sq. ft.

Exhibitor Badge Categories

Exhibitors may register under one of four categories. Most booth staff will be registered under “Exhibitor.” However, if you wish to register with a buyer or manufacturer representative designation, additional credentials will be required to receive the appropriate badge.

Exhibitor

Exhibitor badges are for individuals working in an exhibiting company's booth. These are assigned by your company's key contact through the exhibitor registration dashboard. You can activate Booth Staff from DEMA Show 2023, 2024 and 2025 or upload an Excel file of current Booth Staff.

Exhibitor Buyer Badges

If you are an individual working in a DEMA Show Exhibitor's booth, but also planning to buy diving equipment, accessories, or dive travel, you can choose to be designated as an Exhibitor Retail Buyer or Exhibitor Travel Buyer by providing proper credentials.

You can upload your credentials in your "Registered Booth Staff" dashboard once the registration by the exhibiting key contact has been completed.

For owners or employees of a professional retail dive center who are responsible for purchasing dive-related equipment for resale to consumers.

Required (2 Documents)

  • Wholesale Invoice(s) from a dive manufacturer totaling $1,000 or more, dated within the past 24 months.

    • Invoice(s) must be billed to the business under which the attendee is registering. Line-item details may be masked for privacy, but the total purchase amount must be clearly visible.

  • ONE of the following:

    • Taxpayer ID Number (TIN) for the business

    • Business license in the name of the business

    • International business registry information used in the country of origin OR documentation that permits buying in the U.S.

 

Please note: Businesses are allotted three (3) buyer badges at regular show prices. Each buyer badge over the allotment will be assessed with a $35 fee in addition to published registration fees. 

Register as an Exhibitor Retail Buyer (opens in a new tab)

For owners or employees of a professional dive travel center (e.g., dive resort, dive travel agency, tour operator) or retail dive center who are responsible for making travel arrangements purchasing travel-related services for divers.

Required (2 Documents)

  • Wholesale Invoice(s) from a dive travel provider totaling $1,000 or more, dates within the past 24 months.

    • Invoice(s) must be billed to the business under which the attendee is registering. Line-item details may be masked for privacy, but the total purchase amount must be clearly visible.

  • ONE of the following:

    • Taxpayer ID Number (TIN) for the business

    • Business license in the name of the business

    • International business registry information used in the country of origin OR documentation that permits buying in the U.S.

Manufacturer's Representative

A Manufacturer's Representative working in an Exhibitor's booth can be assigned an exhibitor badge by the employing exhibitor. If not assigned, the representative must register using attendee registration under the Attendee Manufacturer's Representative category.

For individuals and businesses authorized—by employment or contract—to represent dive brands, and conduct sales, marketing, or order collection on behalf of a scuba diving equipment manufacturer or distributor.

Required (2 Documents)

  • Valid business card (must include your name, job title, and company)

  • And ONE of the following:

    • Taxpayer ID Number (TIN) for the business

    • Business license in the name of the business

    • International business registry information used in the country of origin OR documentation that permits buying in the U.S.
    • Paystub dated within 180 days of DEMA Show 2026 (must show your name and company name)
