We understand that flight delays may impact travelers heading to DEMA Show 2025. To accommodate this, Exhibitor Move-In Hours on Monday, November 10, have been extended until 7:00 PM.
Exhibitors already onsite may continue working in their booths after 5:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday, and after 7:00 PM on Monday, though a late work pass is required. Show Management will be on the floor to distribute late work passes as needed. Please note: late work passes do not allow re-entry—no one will be permitted to enter the exhibit hall after official closing times.
Revised Move-In Hours:
- Saturday, November 8: 8 AM – 5:00 PM (Appointment Only)
- Sunday, November 9: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Monday, November 10: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Important Deadlines:
- All booth displays must be fully set up, and all materials, cartons, and debris cleared from aisles by 5:00 PM on Monday, November 10, to allow for carpet installation.
- If you experience significant delays beyond these hours, please email exhibitor@demashow.com as soon as possible. Extension requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
