Submissions will be reviewed by DEMA. By submitting stories, photos, videos, or other content to the DEMA Show 50th Anniversary Celebration, participants grant DEMA permission to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, adapt, and archive submitted content for informational, promotional, publicity, marketing, educational, and reporting purposes across print, digital, social media, web, video, and other communication channels without additional compensation or notification.
Participants affirm they own or have permission to submit the images provided and have obtained consent from any identifiable individuals appearing in the photos. DEMA reserves the right to review, approve, decline, or remove submissions at its discretion.
