Shelli Hendricks
Shelli Hendricks is the Founder and President of Blue Horizon Solutions, a premier provider of world-class leadership, talent and business growth programs for the dive industry. As someone who has worked with business leaders for over 20 years, she specializes in helping dive business owners to unlock the full potential of human capital and increase business value.
Shelli is a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer, SDI Open Water Instructor, and regular contributor to the DEMA Show, DiveNewswire, Scuba Diving Industry Magazine and other industry publications.
She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Development and Change from Fielding Graduate University, a Master of Science in Educational Technology and is credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation. She is also an Accredited Value Builder Guide.
