Shelli Hendricks
Shelli Hendricks is the Founder and President of Blue Horizon Solutions LLC. With over 20 years leading corporate learning and leadership development teams, she has managed global teams, delivered leadership training programs and coached executives through strategic business transformations. Shelli now works with dive professionals and dive business leaders to maximize influence, team performance, and organizational excellence. As a Scuba Instructor, Shelli contributes her expertise as a speaker at DEMA and contributing author for industry publications, including Dive Newswire and Scuba Diving Industry Magazine. She holds a M.S., Instructional Design from NOVA Southeastern University and a Ph.D. in Organizational Development & Change from Fielding Graduate University. Her research explored what leaders learned during the COVID-19 pandemic.
