Nicole Alarid brings over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing to her role as Director of Sales & Marketing at D3 Diving, where she leads strategy for one of the most advanced DPV product lines in the world - Suex. Her career spans every corner of the dive industry—from managing marketing for retail dive centers and charter boats to launching successful branding campaigns for scuba gear manufacturers.

A technical diver and accomplished underwater photographer, Nicole’s expertise is grounded not just in business, but in real-world diving. She’s a former Master Captain on the Great Lakes, where she notably discovered an uncharted shipwreck in 2020—currently known as "Nicole’s Mystery Wreck." She is also an active support and documentation diver of the WKPP (Woodville Karst Plain Project) cave exploration team.

Nicole specializes in sales strategy, lead generation, digital marketing, and content creation tailored to the diving industry. Passionate about empowering newcomers and helping dive pros grow their business, she offers practical, modern insights into turning recreational DPVs into leading retail opportunities. Her DEMA 2025 session will inspire shop owners and instructors to reimagine the role of DPVs in their product mix—and how to make them irresistible to today’s adventure-seeking diver.
