Jeremy Monroe is a biologist-filmmaker and founder of Freshwaters Illustrated, a nonprofit organization that raises awareness about freshwater ecosystems through film, photo, and visual communication. Monroe has worked across the US and beyond and with conservation partners of all kinds and a talented creative team to produce immersive films and imagery that carry the beauty, wonder, value, and vulnerability of our backyard waters. Monroe has degrees in Aquatic Ecology and Fishery Biology from Colorado State University.
