Annie Crawley, known as “Ocean Annie,” is an award-winning filmmaker, underwater photographer, author, and international speaker with over 30 years in the dive industry. She earned her undergraduate degree in journalism from the University of Illinois and a master’s degree from the Communication Leadership program at the University of Washington, grounding her work in powerful storytelling and audience engagement. A PADI Master Scuba Diving Instructor, SSI Platinum Pro and Women Divers Hall of Fame inductee, she works at the intersection of storytelling, education, and business growth—helping dive professionals increase engagement, retention, and revenue while inspiring deeper connection to the ocean through global expeditions, conservation, and compelling visual media.
