Education by Exhibitors for DEMA Show Attendees

As a DEMA Show exhibitor, we invite you to submit a session abstract for consideration into our Resource Center Snapshot Sessions.

There is no cost to you to participate and it offers you the opportunity to engage even more with DEMA Show attendees.

Sessions take place on the DEMA Show Floor during show hours and aim to provide valuable insights and education to attendees.

Resource Center Snapshot Sessions

NOTE: The Resource Center Snapshot Sessions Stage will host both Image Resource Center and Technical Diving Resource Center sessions.

Presenters must adhere to all DEMA Show speaker policies.

Session Guidelines

While priority is given to sessions focused on general industry education on relevant topics such as photography, videography, and technical diving, exhibiting companies may also propose topics tailored to their specific products and services.

DEMA Show Management strives to curate a diverse mix of topics and exhibitors. However, please note that not all submissions may be selected for presentation.

Speakers are responsible for utilizing their own laptops for presentations. Additional audio-visual equipment and technical support will be provided for selected sessions and speakers.

The number of snapshot sessions an exhibitor may present will be determined by your current DEMA Membership Level, as outlined below. Additional sessions may be permitted as needed to ensure a comprehensive schedule for attendees:

  • Non-Members: Maximum of 1 session
  • Silver Member: Maximum of 2 sessions
  • Gold Member: Maximum of 3 sessions
  • Platinum Member: Maximum of 4 sessions

Submit Abstracts

The ability to present these sessions is exclusively available to DEMA Show exhibitors. Proposals are accepted through Tuesday, April 14, 2026.
