Amenities include a PADI Dive Center, all Ocean Front Rooms, multiple open-air lounging areas, an infinity pool, pool bar, cardio/massage room, beach, waterslide/trampoline, and an amazing shallow house reef. Guanaja’s reef systems offer a mixture of pinnacles, walls, lava tunnels, and wrecks. 7-night packages including accommodation, gourmet meals, snacks, Standard Bar Package, Wi-Fi, boat transfers to/from Guanaja airport or ferry dock, use of sea kayaks, SUPs, concierge dive service, five days with three dives daily, two dives on Friday, and unlimited tanks for on-property shore dives. In addition to discounted pricing for the Private Villa Package, this year's DEMA Specials include FREE NITROX for all certified divers plus a free upgrade of one Ocean Front Room to the Presidential or Penthouse Suites.

The 7-Night Dive Shop Private Villa Packages Includes accommodations in eight Ocean Front Rooms plus one free upgrade to the Presidential or Penthouse Suites, three gourmet meals daily plus happy hour snacks, Standard Bar Package, Wi-Fi, boat transfers to and from Guanaja airport or ferry dock, use of kayaks, SUP's, and tours conducted by Dunbar Rock staff. Divers are offered five days, with three dives daily and two on the last dive day, unlimited tanks for shore diving “around the Rock” plus Free Nitrox Upgrade for Nitrox Certified Divers. Snorkelers may join the divers on any boat dive based on dive site selection and weather.
