2023 Call for Resource Center Snapshot Sessions

Thank you for choosing to exhibit at DEMA Show. As an exhibitor you are invited to submit a session application for consideration as part of the Resource Center Snapshot Sessions being hosted on the exhibit floor at DEMA Show. Prior to submitting an application, please review the guidelines below.

Resource Center Snapshot Session Guidelines
- Resource Center Snapshot Sessions are free opportunities for DEMA Show Exhibitors. These sessions will be presented on the exhibit floor at DEMA Show.
- The goals of Resource Center snapshot sessions are to educate attendees and assist them in increasing retail-level sales of photography, videography and technical diving-related products and services.
- While general education sessions on relevant topics (photography, videography and/or technical diving) are preferred and will be given priority consideration, companies may submit snapshot session topics that pertain specifically to their relevant product and or/service.
- DEMA Show Management will work to create a mix of topics and exhibitors. We cannot guarantee that every exhibitor's submission will be selected.
- Speakers should plan to use their own laptop with presentation, other audio-visual equipment and technical support will be provided for selected sessions and speakers.
The maximum number of snapshot sessions an exhibitor may be chosen to present will be based upon their current DEMA Membership Level as follows. Additional sessions may be allowed to present a full schedule to Show attendees:
- Non-Members: Maximum of 1 session
- Silver Member: Maximum of 2 sessions
- Gold Member: Maximum of 3 sessions
- Platinum Member: Maximum of 4 sessions
