Cayman Airways offers regular nonstop service between Grand Cayman and; Kingston and Montego Bay, Jamaica; Havana, Cuba; La Ceiba, Honduras; Miami and Tampa, Florida; New York, New York; and beginning November 5, 2022, Los Angeles, California. Seasonal nonstop flights are also operated to/from Denver, Colorado. Cayman Airways Express operates daily flights between Grand Cayman and the Sister Islands of Cayman Brac and Little Cayman.
