No-Show/Cancellation Policy: All reservations must be canceled fourteen (14) days prior to the arrival date to receive the deposit refund.
Parking: Currently the Westgate Resort & Casino offers complimentary parking.
Resort Fee: The hotel has reduced the resort fee to $25/night (plus 13.38% tax) for all guests booking in the official DEMA room block. Wireless Internet access for three devices (excluding the convention area) and cardio room access for up to two adults and local/toll-free domestic calls.

Guarantee/Deposit Policy: All reservations require a credit card deposit of one-night room and tax of 13.38% at the time of booking.
No-Show/Cancellation Policy: Must cancel seventy-two (72) hours prior to confirmed arrival date to avoid a non-refundable cancellation fee equal to one night's room and tax.
Parking: Currently the Renaissance offers on-site parking for $17 per day.
Destination/Resort Fee: The hotel has reduced the resort fee to $30/night (plus 13.38% tax) for all guests. This fee includes enhanced Wi-Fi, one (1) Kona draft beer and complimentary dessert per day, free casino play & 2 for 1 VIP tickets for select show at local casino, shoeshine, sun kit, whiskey tasting and access to Press Reader (digital newsstand).

Guarantee/Deposit Policy: All reservations require a credit card deposit of one-night room and sales tax of 8.375% and 13.38% hotel occupancy tax at the time of booking.
No-Show/Cancellation Policy: Cancel by 3 PM local hotel time at least 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a 1-night cancel penalty charge.
Parking: Currently there is no fee for parking.
Destination/Resort Fee: The hotel has reduced the resort fee to $40/night (plus tax) for all guests. This fee includes guest Wi-Fi, smart TV casting ability, and unlimited local and toll-free calls.
