REGISTER NOW

Complimentary media registration is available to editors, publishers, writers and print or broadcast reporters at the discretion of DEMA. Be sure to read the DEMA Show Media Policies for specific details on criteria for obtaining media credentials to attend the Show.

Media Policies

  • Media are required to provide valid credentials for admittance to DEMA Show. Only qualified media receive a complimentary badge. This badge grants access to the show floor, DEMA-Sponsored and Exhibitor-Sponsored Education (unless attendance is restricted by the exhibitor) and the onsite media room. Media badges do not include admission to Special Events.

  • Media must submit proof of assignment either through the registration process or emailed to media@demashow.com. Accepted credentials: editor letter of assignment, proof of past DEMA Show coverage from 2018/2019 (if applicable) or by-lined publications and/or credited work published or broadcasted within the last 24 months.

  • Approved Media are required to provide proof of coverage of DEMA Show 2021 within three (3) months of the close of the Show, proof should be emailed to media@demashow.com.

  • DEMA Show Management reserves the right to deny media credentials to individuals who abuse the privilege or obtain credentials under false pretenses. In the event that an individual is granted credentials and fails to report on DEMA Show, he or she might be denied a media badge at future DEMA Shows.

  • All advertising representatives are required to register as an attendee through www.demashow.com or onsite at Attendee Registration.

  • Approved Media Badges should be picked-up from express registration. Media registering onsite must register in the Media Office. Everyone will be required to present a valid photo ID.

  • Filming of or broadcasting from the show floor during DEMA Show is allowed only to broadcast outlets who have received exclusive written permission from DEMA Show management and are on assignment to document the show itself.

  • All media attending DEMA Show are responsible for arranging their own transportation and expenses to DEMA Show.

Show Policies

  • COVID-19 Safety Policy: All registrants are required to sign the DEMA Show COVID-19 Liability Waiver onsite and agree to DEMA Show’s Health and Safety Policy, which WILL include wearing a mask as required by local (Las Vegas) COVID-19 business guidelines, maintaining appropriate physical (“social”) distancing, and self-reporting any COVID-19 symptoms. Guidelines and requirements are subject to change based on CDC and local Las Vegas guidelines. For more information, please read DEMA’s Health and Safety Policy. Review of this Health and Safety Policy and execution of the COVID-19 Safety Acknowledgement – Liability Waiver and Release of Claims is mandatory for all registrants.

  • Age Policy: NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 16 years old, including infants, is permitted in the exhibit hall or seminars.

  • Trade Only Event: DEMA Show is open to QUALIFIED DIVE INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS ONLY. This is not a consumer event.

  • Credentials Required: Registrants are required to show valid credentials. DEMA reserves the right to reject registration applications.

  • Data Collection: By registering for DEMA Show, you consent to DEMA's collection, use and storage of the data in the United States.

  • No Refunds: No refunds will be given for cancellations.

  • Badge Reprint Fee: In a continuing effort to prevent unqualified consumers (non-trade) from obtaining badges which allow them to slip on to the trade show floor a badge reprint fee of $25 will be enforced. This will tighten the badge distribution process to be certain that fewer badges are being lost, distributed to those other than the person indicated on the badge or never being distributed to all registered staff members.

  • Per DEMA’s Conflict Avoidance Policy, service of legal documents is restricted. Attendees and Exhibitors who initiate legal proceedings at DEMA Show will be responsible for all legal fees incurred by DEMA in response to such proceedings.

  • Photo Release: By registering for DEMA Show you grant permission to DEMA to use your image appearing in any photographs, videotape, motion picture or any other media taken by official DEMA Show photographers and videographers during and in relation to DEMA Show for any of DEMA's advertising or promotional purposes whatsoever, in perpetuity throughout the world.

  • SuitcasingStaff from non-exhibiting companies are allowed to register as attendees of DEMA Show but are NOT allowed to conduct business on behalf of their non-exhibiting employer (a practice known as suitcasing) on the DEMA Show Floor, meeting rooms or within the official housing block.

  • No Outboarding AllowedOutboarding is defined by the International Association of Exhibitions and Events™ (IAEE) as the creation of a concurrent event that is related to an existing exhibition or event but that is not sanctioned by the organizer, and which seeks to benefit from the audience the organizer attracts. IAEE and DEMA consider “Outboarding” to be unethical business conduct not to be condoned or tolerated. Please support those exhibitors who do business by being part of DEMA Show.
