Entrance to the New Product Showcase is $235 for DEMA Members and $460 for Non-Members per entry on or before August 16 with a maximum of four (4) entries total, allowed per company. Entries will be charged $260 for DEMA Members and $485 for Non-Members per entry from August 17 through November 4. On or After November 5 and Onsite entries will be charged $285 for DEMA Members and $510 for Non-Members per entry.

NOTE: By placing your product in the New Product Showcase, your company name, booth number, and product name may be included in the marketing materials disseminated PRIOR to DEMA Show, as well as listed on onsite signage.
Shipping Information
Products will be placed on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to ship your entries to the advance shipment warehouse by November 5, 2021 to ensure a prime location.
The New Product Showcase Advanced Shipping Label should be used for items received between October 11 - November 5, 2021.
The New Product Showcase Direct Shipping Label should be used for items received between November 13 - 19, 2021.
Onsite Drop Off
If you choose to bring your product(s) with you to Las Vegas, you must drop your product(s) off at DEMA Central between Sunday, November 14 - Monday, November 15, 2021.
New Product Showcase FAQ’s
The New Product Showcase is located on the DEMA Show floor.
Every DEMA Exhibitor may register. Entrance to the New Product Showcase is $235 for DEMA Members and $460 for Non-Members per entry on or before July 30 with a maximum of four (4) entries total, allowed per company. Entries will be charged $260 for DEMA Members and $485 for Non-Members per entry from July 31 through November 4. On or After November 5 and Onsite entries will be charged $285 for DEMA Members and $510 for Non-Members per entry.
Each
display case has several compartments that can hold products of various sizes. These compartments will be moved around to best accommodate your product(s).
The New Product Showcase Display Cases can accommodate any product up to the size of an adult wetsuit. Secondary advertising materials may be displayed along with your product and is limited to two (2) 8.5" x 11" sheets or one (1) 11" x 17".
Your display can include the product(s) you submitted. Each product submitted will be placed in its own compartment within the display case. With each product, there is the option to provide a small poster behind the product highlighting your company and/or product displayed. This poster should be no larger than two (2) 8.5" x 11" sheets or one (1) 11" x 17". Note: A small card will be provided with company name, product name, product description, and company booth #.
No, the Scuba Demonstration Pool will not be showcased at DEMA Show 2021.

Please label all shipments with New Product Showcase, Company Name & Booth #.

If you are sending your product(s) in advance to the Advanced Warehouse, shipments must be received by between October 11 - November 5, 2021.

Print the New Product Showcase Advanced Warehouse Shipping Label (postage not included with label).

Print the Scuba Demonstration Pool Advanced Warehouse Shipping Label (postage not included with label).
If you do not want DEMA to set up your product(s) you can still send your product(s) advance. Once onsite you can go to DEMA Central and your product will be there, untouched, waiting for you to setup. Note: Products must be set up no later than Monday, November 15 at Noon.
Please go to DEMA Central to drop your product(s) off. A DEMA staff member will be in the booth to assist you.
If you would like to bring your product(s) with you, your product(s) MUST be dropped off at DEMA Central no later than Monday, November 15 at Noon.
If you need to cancel your New Product Showcase registration, please contact Gretchen Wendorf at
gwendorf@ntpevents.com or 703-647-2626. All cancellations must be submitted to Gretchen no later than August 27, 2021 to be eligible for a refund.Liability Exclusion
DEMA and Show Management are not liable to the exhibitor or its products for any loss or damage to property due to theft, fire, accident or any other causes.
