Register Your EAC


An Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) is any company, other than the designated official contractors listed in the exhibitor services manual, which an exhibitor wishes to use and which requires access to the exhibit hall before, during or after the show. These include independent, display installation & dismantle companies or anyone who is not an employee of your company that you will have working on your equipment and products.

Exhibitors using companies other than the Official General Service Contractor must advise DEMA Show Management in writing of their intent no later than 14 days prior to the first day of move in, which is October 16, 2017.
