Two Documents are Required to Register as a Retail Buyer:

1.  Wholesale invoice(s) totaling at least $1,000 from a DIVING EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER and billed to the dive industry business under which the attendee is registering as a BUYER.  Quantities and individual product dollars may be blacked out for privacy purposes but total purchase must remain visible.    
  
2.  AND ONE of the following:
• Tax ID # for the dive-industry business under which the buyer registers.
• Copy of current (last 12 months) business license with name of business under which the buyer registers. Please note: If current license was sent in with your 2010 DEMA Membership payment you may skip this step. If unsure, please send in a copy. 
• International Identification - business registry information used in the country of origin or which permits buying in the U.S. 

* Businesses are allotted three (3) buyer badges at regular show prices.  Each buyer badge over the allotment will be assessed with an additional fee on top of published registration fees.

Two Documents are Required to Register as a Dive Travel Buyer:
 
1.  Wholesale invoice(s) totaling at least $1,000 from a DIVE TRAVEL PROVIDER and billed to the dive industry business under which the attendee is registering as a BUYER.  Quantities and individual product dollars may be blacked out for privacy purposes but total purchase must remain visible.

2.  AND ONE of the following: 
• Tax ID # for the dive-industry business under which the buyer registers.
• Copy of current (last 12 months) business license with name of business under which the buyer registers. Please note: If current license was sent in with your 2010 DEMA Membership payment you may skip this step. If unsure, please send in a copy. 
• International Identification - business registry information used in the country of origin or which permits buying in the U.S.

Two Documents are Required to Register as a Travel Agent/Travel Professional

1a.  Travel Association-Issued Accreditation Card showing one of the following accreditations: CTA, CTC, CTIE, ACC, MCC, ECC, ECCS or LCS

OR

1b.  Travel Organization Affiliation Card showing one of the following affiliations: ARC, IATA/N TSI, CLIA or TRUE/Travel Sellers   

2.  AND ONE of the following: 
• Tax ID # for the travel agency/travel business under which the buyer registers.
• Copy of current (last 12 months) business license with name of travel business under which the buyer registers.  
• International Identification - travel business registry information used in the country of origin or which permits buying in the U.S.

ATTENDEE NON-BUYER PROFESSIONAL OPTION 1 - Dive Store Staff, Non-Exhibiting Manufacturer or Other Industry Professional

Two Documents are Required to Register as an Attendee Non-Buyer Professional Option 1: 

1. Valid printed business card to include name of business under which the attendee registers, attendee name and attendee position. 

2.  AND ONE of the following:
• Tax ID # for the dive-industry business under which the attendee registers.
• Copy of current (last 12 months) business license with name of business under which the attendee registers. Please note: If current license was sent in with your 2010 DEMA Membership payment you may skip this step. If unsure, please send in a copy. 
• Paycheck stub issued to attendee by company under which attendee registers. Must include company name and attendee name and be dated within 6 months (180 days) of DEMA Show 2010. 
• International Identification - business registry information used in the country of origin or which permits buying in the U.S.

ATTENDEE NON-BUYER OPTION 2 - Instructor, Assistant Instructor or Dive Master/Con, etc.

One Document is Required to Register as an Attendee Non-Buyer Professional Option 2:

Training Agency-issued certification card including name and level of professional certification achieved. 

Two Documents are Required to Register as a Manufacturers Representatives (you must represent a current exhibitor):

1.  Valid printed business card to include name of business under which the attendee registers, attendee name and position. 

2.  AND ONE of the following:
• Tax ID # for the dive-industry business under which the attendee registers.
• Copy of current (last 12 months) business license with name of business under which the attendee registers. Please note: If current license was sent in with your 2010 DEMA Membership payment you may skip this step. If unsure, please send in a copy. 
• Paycheck stub issued to attendee by company under which attendee registers. Must include company name and attendee name and be dated within 6 months (180 days) of DEMA Show 2010.
